• For UK orders we ship using Royal Mail, United Kingdom trusted postal service.
  
• In the unlikely event the item you ordered is currently out of stock, we will email or call you to advise the exact time frame expected, typically this is no more than 3-7 working days.
• If ordering prescription eyewear, we normally advise that UK based orders are delivered within 3-4 working days for single vision prescription orders otherwise for any complex orders we take upto 7 working days.
