POSTAGE DETAILS
- For UK orders we ship using Royal Mail, United Kingdom trusted postal service.
- Next day delivery in the UK is available for In-stock items only and applies to orders without a prescription.
- Next day delivery does not include Saturday or Sunday and refers to Next Working Day delivery.
- Orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify for next working day delivery.
- In the unlikely event the item you ordered is currently out of stock, we will email or call you to advise the exact time frame expected, typically this is no more than 3-7 working days.
- If ordering prescription eyewear, we normally advise that UK based orders are delivered within 3-4 working days for single vision prescription orders otherwise for any complex orders we take upto 7 working days.
- You will be advised accordingly by our team, who will contact you within one working day of placing your order.
